IJM will showcase its well-received Pearl Regency Condominium project at The Star Property Fair 2010 at Gurney Hotel and Gurney Plaza in Penang from July 23-25, 2010.
The RM494mil Pearl Regency, which is part of the Metro East commercial and residential project in Gelugor area, is scheduled for completion in 2013.
The project, with built-up areas ranging from 958FS to 2,131FS, comprised of two blocks of 574 condominium units and a 3-storey commercial podium comprised 83 retail units with an estimated gross built-up area of 178,000FS.
Every condominium unit will be partially furnished and fitted with built-in kitchen cabinet including selected electrical appliances, air-conditioning units to living and all bedrooms, and built-in wardrobe to all bedrooms.
Unitech is proud to be appointed by IJM as the Project Quantity Surveyor for this prestigious project. Piling Works for the project has been completed; tenders for Main Building Works are being called at the moment.
