Launched in 2017, Gamuda Gardens is an award-winning 810-acre integrated township nestled in nature. Designed by mater-planners and architects to balance our need for a quality lifestyle and living in nature.

It is strategically located in a green valley with undulating terrain in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, in the northern end of Kuala Lumpur before the Rawang exit (Exit 115) if you are driving north-bound to Penang along the North-South Expressway.

Gamuda Gardens offers modern quality homes in three zones: Village, Lakeside and Hilltop comprises Hilltop Bungalows, Semi-Detached Homes, Superlink Terrace Houses, Terrace Houses, Lake Villas and Serviced Apartments.

This township is as a private, low-density sanctuary surrounded by the tranquillity of nature where you and your family can have a clean, peaceful and safe environment to live in.

The Gamuda Gardens township will be developed in phases, with Phase 1 being the development of Village Homes which comprise of 4 types of Double Storey Terrace Houses in a perimeter-fenced gated and guarded enclave.  For larger layouts, opt for the Linked Semi-D (Jovita) and Superlink Terrace (Joya) homes. It is scheduled to be completed by end 2019.

Besides the landed houses, Gamuda Gardens include the launch of a nature-inspired Serviced Apartments called Gaia Residences with prices starting at an affordable RM370k. Perfect starter homes, the layouts are practical and suitable for all ages and needs.

The entire township is not only made up of residential development but also plentiful of conveniences including an International School, three (3) Public Schools, Cascading Lakes with Waterfall, Jogging & Cycling Track surrounding the lake, Lookout Point, Camping Ground, Wetland, Club House and a Commercial Hub. The township planning separates the residential enclave from the commercial hub, ensuring better privacy for the residential homes.

Gamuda Gardens, when completed, will also feature a commercial hub which will be part of the Gamuda Gardens City, and would be visible along the North-South Highway which will consist of offices, regional shopping malls, shops and commercial units.

With a gross development value (GDV) of more than RM10 billion, the project will be developed over a period of 15 years. Unitech has been commissioned by Gamuda Land in the provision of full quantity surveying and cost management services for this latest township development in Kuala Lumpur.
