Commencement of Permatang Sanctuary Master Infra

IJM Land has recently launched a new township named “Permatang Sanctuary” in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. The 132acre housing scheme will be developed in seven phases offering distinctive lifestyle avenues, lush and healthy environment.

Permatang Sanctuary has been planned as a guarded precinct with spacious built-up and lot sizes for all its residential units; compliment with 4 designer-landscaped themed parks. It is framed by manicured lawns that commands extraordinary eco-living, features perched among the green lung. Meticulously designed to complement a neat and sleek neighbourhood, the cables are embedded underground and its vista is set on designer landscapes.

Unitech has been commissioned by IJM Land to provide Pre and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management Services for the whole development. Currently, we are working on the Master Infrastructure Works and Phase 1 of the development at its Pre-Contract Stage.

The Master Infrastructure Works consists of Bulk Earthworks, Retaining Walls, Main Trunk Road & Drainage, Water and Sewer Mains, Centralized Sewerage Treatment Plant, Water Reservoir and Designer-Landscaped Themed Parks.
