STC Property Management Sdn Bhd, the Developer for Straits City, Butterworth, Penang has announced a partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring the first Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts to Penang.

Straits City @ Butterworth is the Master Plan development by Singapore listed The Straits Trading Company Limited and Malaysia Smelting Corporation Berhad.
