Est8 will be a modern development occupying a 2.9-acre leasehold site near The Japan Club. It will comprise a 42-storey tower, a 41-storey tower, and a 2-storey block, resulting in a total of 821 residential units. Block A will have 432 units, Block B will have 372 units, and Block C will have 17 units. Est8 has a central location, making it conveniently located near Kuala Lumpur city center and many amenities such as shopping malls, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and recreational facilities.
