Altris Residence occupies a 1.97-acre site and will consist of three adjacent 43-storey towers offering a total of 551 serviced apartments and 988 car parking spaces. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.

Taking inspiration from luxury boutique hotels, Altris Residence will feature two lobby areas connected to a central grand entrance and as an enhancement of visitor management and resident safety, facial recognition system will be implemented in the lobby areas.

All units will be equipped with kitchen cabinets, hobs and cooking hoods, sanitary fittings, water heaters, floor and wall tiles, as well as air conditioning in bedrooms and living areas. The facility will be divided into three floors. The ground level will include a family pool, boulder gym, treehouse nursery, co-working melting pot and multipurpose room. The podium on level nine will feature an infinity edge pool, 50m lap pool, podium gymnasium, Jacuzzi, seating Jacuzzi pod, lazy deck, garden walkway and barbecue deck; and the rooftop will feature a barbecue terrace, sky lounge and sky deck overlooking Bukit Tabur.
