Tesco Senawang Starts Construction Works

Today marks the official commencement of construction works for Tesco Hypermarket in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

The two storey hypermarket with a total Gross Floor Area of 30,000m2 consist of 6,000m2 mall and 9,000m2 sales area.

Unitech has been appointed by Tesco Malaysia as the Consulting Quantity Surveyor for this commercial project. The Store is scheduled to be completed by September 2011.

Other consultants appointed includes Architect LLA Sdn. Bhd. (Architect), HP Lee Consult (C&S Engineer) and Cordel Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (M&E Engineer).
